- The product is in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please note that certain products may have specific eligibility requirements due to hygiene or software licensing. For example, opened headphones may only be eligible for exchange or store credit unless defective.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for a standard refund:
- Products that are damaged due to customer misuse or accident.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Initiating a Refund

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or color, please follow the standard return procedure. Once we receive and process the return, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website.
